I stopped going to the Burger King on Antilly Road, in Abilene, Tx about 6 months ago for the same reason I am complaining today. Service at this restaurant is horrible. I ordered a Bacon King Jr. and small fries. I did not get the sandwich I ordered and even though live just over a mile from there, it was cold even though I never left the counter area after placing my order. I quit going there due to the fact that at least l/3 of the time the order is not filled properly. McDonalds, Wendy's and the Burger King on Clack Road in Abilene do a much, much better job .
