I'd give 0 stars but it won't let me choose that. I am a wheelchair customer. My husband and our two kids were traveling by Greyhound from San Antonio to Dallas and then on to Tyler. From San Antonio to Dallas we had no problems. Once we tried to board our bus in Dallas we were denied being allowed on the bus even though our ticket showed I was in a wheelchair. So they finally rebooked us for 8:05 this morning being November 9,th and was denied again. The bus driver of that bus was very rude when I tried to explain what had already happened and that I was guaranteed allowance on the bus. He argued with me and my Husband in front of our children how he wasn't told that I was in a wheelchair by Greyhound cause they had a rented bus. There was no way I not my family could spend another whole day in Dallas. My friend had paid for our tickets and was even told I'd be on that 8:05 bus but that was another lie. I was descriminated against for being unable to walk at all because they all kept telling me well if you could walk you could ride the bus. That was said several times in front of my children. It was very inappropriate and rude. I pray the next disabled person in a wheelchair is treated much better than I was.
