My dad placed an order to Winfield, AL Pizza hut yesterday, on 10/22, and called and spoke to someone on the phone, and they told him it would be ready in like 20 minutes. So, he went to pick it up, one lady was outside in the parking lot smoking, and he pulls up to the window, a woman opens it, and she doesn't say anything and just stares at him angrily, and then he says he had an order, and the woman doesn't even look for it and says "It isn't here." And he says he called 20 minutes ago, and she still gave him attitude and asked if he ordered some other way, and he said no, and she was still rude and said "Well, we don't have it." He asked to speak to the manager, and she said "I AM the manager." Then he asked for her name, and she said "I ain't giving you my name." Then she slammed the window shut in his face. Thankfully, he didn't live far away, but imagine if it had been someone who did, and drove all the way there for that order that they called in, and got that treatment? Awful, awful customer service.
