I was a customer in AIzdihar Holiday Inn in Riyadh the Capitol of Saudi Arabia on Saturday evening Nov.23rd, 2023. I requested to have breakfast included in my room bill, I discovered in the morning of Sunday Nov.24th,2023 after I got my breakfast that; I have to pay for my breakfast even though I requested the breakfast to be included. I did not pay extra charge of the breakfast due to the receptionist mistake, and the management asked me to leave earlier than what they informed me when I checked in. I am using Holiday Inn in different locations around the world, but such act of the Izdihar holiday inn is not acceptable, and I would like to complain about such act.
