On Tuesday 1/30/24 at approximately 2:30 pm my wife carrying our service dog and I entered the Friendly’s at Gloucester Premium Outlets in Gloucester TWP. NJ no other customers were in the building as we were finishing our ice cream the manager came out and told us to leave he was very aggressive and said that he didn’t want us to come back we informed him that our dog was a service animal and showed him the service animal certificate he wouldn’t accept it my wife asked him for his name he said Dennis then he became more aggressive and loud he said that since we were finished he ordered us to leave and never came back his behavior was not normal for a manager we take our service animal with us to various restaurants Steak 48 in Philadelphia Capital Grill Cherry Hill NJ Arby’s Adelphia’s in Deptford NJ and all the fast food restaurants and we are always welcome this man needs anger management we have 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren that shop at the Outlets they will never eat at Friendly’s
