Ordered $37 in chicken at drive thru, got to the window and realized I forgot to ask for extra crispy. I beeped so the gal would open the window 3 times, and she never did. When she finally opened the window she asked for the money. I told her I wanted extra crispy, not regular, and she said "the order is already made. I told her I wanted extra crispy and would wait. Then with an attitude closed the window, turned around and I saw her hands flailing. Two minutes later she opened the window and said "we're out of extra crispy". WHAT...HOW COULD THEY BE OUT OF EXTRA CRISPY. I accepted my order anyway but feel I must report this as I believe they just didn't want to redo my order. KFC OUT OF EXTRA CRISP!? Hard to believe. Lastky the gal needs an attitude adjustment; AND the chicken was very greasy This was at the Okeechobee Florida location. I am 73 years old and been going to KFC for a long time and never been so poorly treated.
