I filed a complaint, quite some time ago...This was with the KFC store in West Allis, Wisconsin...I was supposed to receive a voucher for further purchases with KFC...This voucher is long overdue...Very poor customer service...As, I have asked a few times about the voucher... The case number assigned is "01837637"...Very surprised that your customer service staff has not followed up with me. Gary Dorgay
