When I worked at Burger King, I had the most horrible manager who thought he was better than everyone else, when clearly he just didn't like his life, and all he achieved was becoming a Burger King manager. He would scream at his staff, including me, in the first month I joined. when nobody was doing anything wrong. He just has anger issues. He didn't care about customer complaints and loved to argue with them. One of the other managers was a family member who would love to wind up customers with him. The training was terrible, and he clearly didn't like me, as I didn't argue back. He couldn't get a reaction out of me, which is all he wanted to boost his ego, so his way of punishment was to tell everybody not to help me with the till when serving a customer. I left the establishment, and I'm so glad I did. I wish I never worked there, and many others who left say the same. He should be fired. He feels invincible.
