I contact you because I have had a very bad experience in a branch in Mexico, and until now no one has contacted me or helped me, I have been buying your delicious chicken for many years, and it makes me feel very disappointed to know that you no longer want to sell me, KFC is one of my favorite foods. Yesterday I called to place an order by phone, which never arrived, and I was dialing to find out why it didn't arrive, and no one answered me, I was contacting by phone, by WhatsApp, by X , directly on the website (all of these from Mexico), and no one gives me an explanation why my delivery could not be made, I considered you, from the restaurant chains, with better service, but now I am afraid to order and that they leave me without food again, I ask you if you can help me find out what happened, and if I will be able to order again as before and that you serve me respectfully, I thank you very much for your help.
