My friend and I ordered our food at 12:05 and 12:08 pm at 3515 Natural Bridge. The 12:05 pm food ticket # 87 did not receive the shrimp that was part of the shrimp tackle box which we had not discovered until we got back to work. The 12:08 pm food ticket # 89 was not received until 12:29 pm. I was not informed prior that it would take that long. It would have been nice to have had the courtesy option of knowing that the food may take 21 minutes to make as this was my lunch break. I also did not receive my drink with the meal I ordered. The person that took my order also had disappeared for at least 10 minutes which made it confusing on who we were suppose to ask about why the order was taking so long. This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience at Popeyes on Natural Bridge. I wait at least three months hoping they will get it together but it is always something. They don't have any chicken, they are out of sauce, etc. Something needs to be done about the service and inventory at Natural Bridge.
