I received an online order from you. I ordered a rope chain and earrings. Two pairs of earrings. The chain was correct but instead of two pairs of earrings, I got very big thin hoops that were nothing near anything like my order. It was like they were shoved into box to send to me and no one could care less. How do you mix up TWO pairs of earrings with ONE pair of big hoops? Total incompetence. Won't be ordering from you again. Get the orders correct . Not fair that I have now to spend my time correcting YOUR mistakes.
