I Came in staple to pick up my package in the 4949 Canoe Pass way Unit 336 Tasawwassen at 10: 00 on Dec 1, 2023, only one employee worked in there, I ask him for picking up my package, I told him that I am a little rush, because I have to go to work. he said he doesn't have right to touch the package services, only manager has right and his manager is in the back would be come out soon. I really trust him, wait 20 mins. no body coming out. then this employee called his manager. he said his manager ask me to change to other time to pick up my package, his manager is not in staples . I am very angry about that. first in the email notification, it states I can come to pick up at any time between 9: 00am --18:00 pm Monday to Friday. I came in to staple is at 10:00am, nobody can services me. secondly, the employee and manager is really waste customer time. if employee directly tell me the manager is not here, I wouldn't wait 20 mins, because of his lie to me , it made me too late to work. Manager asked me to pick up another time, it means I should pick up my package twice, the manager did not show any sorry about that. Why I should come to staple to pick up my package twice? because of the manager no any responsible, and without any services attitude to customer. I double the staple services. I hope CEO of staple can read my letter, I don't need any reimbursement. I just need to improve staple's services, otherwise, the company can not competing with current market.
