The family dollar in Muleshoe Tx has not had a working heater for weeks. I have talked to the employees and they have stated that they have submitted several service tickets and they keep getting cancelled. This is unacceptable to shop in or work in. I would like to know why the tickets are being cancelled and this needs to be addressed. The working conditions are not acceptable. I refuse to shop at a store that does not value their employees or their customers.
