My unit was broken into 2 times never got a phone call just email. I was removing my item with a door that was dangerous to get in because whoever broke into my unit destroyed my items and the door. I couldn't get into my unit for days so I had to remove it myself with a socket set I had and barely had 1 day to move everything. I received a phone call one of your employees demanded money for my unit and I was told I will be responsible for left over trash and damage. I m beyond mad your manager and worker not fully trained or care about your customers I'm not happy at all
