I booked a room last night on 12/28 and was supposed to check out but due to me getting paid early I decided that I wanted to pay for another night, So I go down to the front office and as soon as I walk into the lobby I say goodmorning and the hotel manager Margarett says bye so I said excuse me and she started getting loud and cursing saying "Are you paying or not? Because I need you to get your sh*t and get the f*ck out my hotel room." So I say "I was coming to pay for another night but you are being so rude and disrespectful and not even giving me a chance to speak". She then says "no you dont have anything to say to me you can get your sh*t and leave my goddamn hotel. I already have the police coming do I need to have them come for you too?" So I said " im finna leave im not paying for another night because your getting loud and being extremely rude". I then proceeded to go back to my room to get my stuff and my 2 younger kids to leave and before I can even get a chance to open the door to put my things outside the manager comes busting the door open telling the police officers to come to my room because I wont leave and the officer told her it looked like I was leaving and she told him well she needs to go now because she has a mouth on her and im not going to deal with it and walked off. I would like a full refund please because my room was trashed and dirty the bath tub/shower was broken and still had hair in it as if it was recently used my sheets had dry blood on them it was a total mess and a disaster I was completely disappointed. I pay money to stay somewhere and get disrespected for no reason its unacceptable especially if your a manager.
