Purchased a Foresthill Sectional 1.5 years ago. The "cuddler" cushion is sagging and badly wrinkled. Even though the manufacturer, HM Richards offers a 5 year cushion replacement warranty, Raymour & Flanagan refuses to provide a new cushion replacement core.
