I ordered the 6.99 special on the Domino's app. to pick up at 6490 Memphis Arlington Rd, Bartlett, TN 38135 at 7:00pm. My order number was #2050. The app. told me Annie started my order at 7:05pm. I arrived at the store and it was very busy due to the football game and the last day of the special. The tracker on the wall in the store said 45-50 minutes til my order was ready, which was not a problem due to how busy the store was. At 8:15pm after the tracker had been on 1-5 minutes for over 10 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about my pizza. The staff looked and found that my pizza had never been put in or made to cook. I told the staff if they couldn't put my pizza in right then, then to cancel my order and refund my money. The pizza came out in about 15 minutes. I asked the staff if I would be compensated due to them not putting in my order originally and me having to wait an hour and a half to get my pizza. He told me that I would get a store credit and I left the store. When I called the store the next morning to ask about the store credit, the person who answered the phone stated he was the manager and he was working alone. I informed him about what happened the night before and that the person had told me I would get a store credit. He told me that the only thing that the store usually does is give you a drink for your trouble. When asked if he had any record of me getting a store credit, he told me no, which told me that the person giving me the pizza the night before has lied to me for whatever reason. While in the store and waiting another customer had a long wait and he told them if the pizza was cold when he got home, if he called back to the store, that he would get store credit. The manager refused to give me his name, but gave me the regional managers name and number, which I don't have with me as I'm typing, but I called him at 11:00am on 1/29/24 and left a message, which as of this time at 9:35pm has never bothered to return my call. Needless to say while I love your pizza, the disrespect is alarming and has left me dissatisfied with this stores service and lack of care. I'm not asking for pizza for a year, but I would like some kind of compensation for my time. Just as your time is important to you, my time is important to me. They could have easily refunded my money at the outset and I would have left the store without the pizza and I would have been ok with it. But if you're not able to do what you tell the customer, then don't tell them that. All that does is create bad blood betwenn the customer and the company. I know this was a long complaint.
