Case ID 00732754. Dt. 24 Oct 2023. Tickets booked on 31 march 2023 I have received email from AI simply informing me that above flights are cancelled and I should contact call Centre. I am now in USA at SFO. I have called Call Centre in USA 1 888 634 1407 and India call Centre no. 1 860 233 1407 and (020)26231407 but no reply ,it’s just ringing. I need to reach Ahmedabad on 19 Nov. 2023 as I have booked Word Cup Final match as also Hotel Bookings and other social commitments. I have taken up this issue with AI customer care team but it’s just taking time without any alternate booking arrangements for me on or before 19 Nov.2023 And return booking back to Pune. I can be put on Ahmedabad flight via Mumbai
