Super 8 323 east Emory rd Powell tenn 37849 Stayed Dec 2/23. Ready fior bed at 9:30 noticed the pillow had 3 black spots on it checked thd other 2 pillows they were dirty called desk said she would get cleaning person who was there to get clean pillow cases. 10:00 still no clean cases, called again. 10:15 no cases called again. 10:30 my husband opened the door and noticed bag on the door with cases opened it up and the cases were smokey. I called the desk, she said she would reimburse us in the morning. Morning came and the hotel mgr said he would not reimburse us said tk me "you should not have stayed the night there, wd should have left" I said at 10:00 after travelling all day we should have packed up and left. He said "yes thst is what he would have done" I have pictures that i can send you.
