We went to the KFC on Columbia Ave. in Battle Creek MI. We came in to order and wasn’t even acknowledged, then finally gave order waited for quite a bit, then told we had to wait 25 minutes for chicken, mean while drive thru was going thru quite fast. Very disappointed in service. Might have been short staffed, but drive thru was getting their orders…hmmmm Thank you, Diane Bowers
