My complaint is Budget at St. Louis International Airport trumped up charges of $590.00 and charged this to my Capital One Card on top of the $485.00, for a total of over $1000.00 for a 5 day rental!! Ridiculous!! I already prepaid the $485.00 when I booked the reservation!! I had to call Budget to follow up on the matter and still the false charge has not been refunded! The car was dirty, smelly inside, dog/cat hair in the back window area, small insects flying around inside the vehicle and the ride was like a banged up car!! Worst ever experience!! Budget didn’t even reach out to follow up on the matter!! Love ❤️ Social Media to post my experience with Budget Car Rental!! Will never use this rental service again!! Denise Johns
