I was hurt by your pain relieving patchs and I did a Accident report with you all on 4/21/2022 because the er doctor told me I Need to file a Accident report and no one has called me or anything and I have been calling you all about this Situation and still no help I do have a case number with you all and it is 17198797 I have been talking to Lawyers And it not right its like yall just took the accident report and throw me under the bus I use to love getting my Prescriptions here but I pulled all my prescriptions from yao and I don't even deal with walgreens anymore because of all the trouble You all putting me through.
