I purchased a new car from BMW and something is wrong with the battery. I just returned from deployment took my car to service and they have to keep my car. I requested a rental and the Service Rep stated the best they could do was provide me an Uber. After spending over 80k with a dealership then he had the nerves to say other dealers don't offer a rental. Yes, Mercedes Benz does and that's where I should have made my purchase. BMW service is rude and they don't care, just want your money.
