Called customer service because they couldn't deliver a package, citing "incomplete address'. However, the call representative confirmed that the address was complete based on what was on the label and what I provided. When I asked her if she could tell me the reason for it being undeliverable, she said that it was because the address was incomplete but when I asked again if the address on the label shows up as complete in her system, she said 'yes'. When I asked for options on how I can help to make sure it shows up as complete next time (even though she confirmed it was complete), she hung up on me and marked my package as undeliverable and that no further UPS agents would be able to help so I couldn't even call back to ask for a different representative. What kind of customer treatment is this?
