I called AAA at 10:30 to get my car towed to Lillington, NC. They said abt 48 minutes, never came, I kept calling and they kept giving me times and they didn't show up After our local office closed, when I called they said on 2 different calls that they would send me a text to area code 336. My area code is 910. I was on the phone far too many times and when they finally come more than 24 hours after the 1st call, they said we had to pay $56.00 because it was over the 100 mile limit, they were going to tow the car to High Point NC, I know I told them it was going to Lillington. Too much apologies and no action. Not good customer service
