Today January 19 2024 at 11:08pm I went to store 16318 in parkland Washington address on receipt is 13723 Pacific Ave., Tacoma, WA 98444 went in to buy 2 bottles of brisk lemonade sign on shelf says buy two for $3.00 went to pay for them was charged $3.58 when told the lady they was marked 3.00 she says she had to go by what the till says I made comment that was false advertisement she said she would tell store owner.( He was in the back I have had problems with him before when last summer he tried to charge me $5.35 to refill the 100 oz big gulp cup when other stores charge $1.59.) so instead of another confrontation with this man I left in my rv. When I pulled up to the traffic light a person pulled up to me And told me that the 711 owner ran outside and threw a burrito at my rv I have include with this email pictures of receipt the mess to my RV and the offending burrito. If this is the way 711 franchises are allowed to operate please let the public know which stores are corporate and which stores are franchises so that we can as the public can then know weather we want to shop there or not. I enjoy shopping at 711 but not having good experiences with your franchise stores I really like your big gulp refills but drives me nuts with some stores do and some don’t have this program and you don’t know till you get to the cash register with your full cup and the are told 5.35 when you are expecting $1.59 if your franchise store had a sign franchise owned or was different color I would drive by and go to the next one
