I am a seasoned woman pushing 60 yrs old who's been in retail management/ customer service for a long time.. I've been shopping regularly @ the 708 S Main St, Sweetwater, TN 37874 location for years. Tonight I went to buy 2 pks of cigarettes & a very rude cashier named Tonya asked me for my ID. I nicely asked why would she ask someone my age to buy an item I only need be 21 to purchase. She asked for my ID again. I gave it to her & paid for my cigarettes. Then she takes them back & says, "if I'm gonna bitch she's not selling me anything.... I was never rude but Tonya provided the worst customer service ever. When I came back in store to get her name she was telling/ lying to another cust about what had happened. Worst convenience store shopping experience EVER.
