I sent a $5000 cashiers check in the mail on 12/16/23. As of 1/11/24, the check has not been applied to my auto loan. I found out through my bank (Wells Fargo), where I got the cashiers check, that M&T Bank processed/cashed my cashiers check on 12/23/23, and it was put in the M&T LOCKBOX. I found this out yesterday when I called and told Jasmine (Customer Service Supervisor) that check was in LOCKBOX..This check should have been applied to my account already, and I want to know why it has not.
