I was overcharged for a three piece meal at your Muncie location. I attempted to get the matter resolved and was met with what boiled down to a bunch of bs. I was up charged $1.50 because I wanted one of the three pieces to be a breast, which was NOT stated on the menu nor told to me at the speaker. I was also charged $.99 separately for the biscuit that came with the meal. I had to leave because I didn’t want to get angry or upset with anyone. How do we resolve this matter?
