Complaint is about the 85 west 125th street location. I want to start with the person at the front counter/cash register was friendly helpful and pleasant. As for the rest of the staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Just because another customer voiced their displeasure doesn’t mean they needed to be rude with me or even be aggressive towards me. Even the manager was rude!!! Since there’s limited space then direct customers around in a friendly manner just because the neighborhood has reputation doesn’t mean they need to conduct themselves “ghetto” way. Also the wait time is uncalled regardless of in person purchases or online purchases because today they over six staff members working compared to other mornings. Give them customer service training and organizational skills training!!!!!!
