ON Sunday 12/10 I rented a truck. I told the representative that I would return the truck in 2 hours but he did not advise me that the store would be closed early. I was not given instructions how to drop the key. Two hours later I return the truck and the store was closed. I did not see any drop box for the kay. I called enterprise but they were not able to help. I had no choice, leaving the keys in the glove box and lock the truck. The agent called me next day and told me I would loose my $300 deposit for leaving the key inside the truck. I requested a waiver due that I was not informed about the store closing early or giving instructions how to drop the key. In summary, the representative neglect informing me that that the store would close early and he did not provide contingencies to drop off the key. This is relevant because I told the agent I would return the truck in two hours. Lastly $300 exceeds the customary charge to unlock a car.
