Went through drive through at 645 in Galveston on 61st ordered pot pie said it would be 20 mins but I had to pay for complete order first 38.00 and some change which I did and I pulled over and parked and waited lady comes to my vehicle and says we haven’t forgot you it will be 7 more minutes okay no problem. I then see her give a bag to another vehicle waiting and watched them hand it back shaking their head not mine. Employee then walks to my car and says you’re going to kill me but we gave your pot pies to someone else. We have now been there 35 mins and the (mgr) is the one that made me pay first and I also observed him sitting at a table on his phone. I had to go in the store my son and I for a refund and there was no apology no comp nothing. How are you going to address this?
