The super 8 in Casper wy on CY and Wyoming Blvd. The lady that runs this location has openly said she refuses to hire men unless they are gay or look feminine. Debby has also made comments about how before she interviews people for employment she will go on the persons Facebook page and looks at what is on there and if a female looks to masculine she will not hire them, all though going on Facebook isn’t the wrong thing to do however Discriminating just based on how someone looks is. This location is also severely understaffed and the house keeping staff regularly get up to 14 rooms a day, work day starts at 9am and house keeping is expected to be done with their rooms by 3 pm even though they have 14 rooms each. It has been made clear her management style is lackadaisical at best and does little to actually help her staff even though house keeping is under staffed to the point the turn over for this place is ridiculous and I’m sure some of this comes from only hire girls at 12.50 an hour.
