I was refused service at the local Starbucks and told “we think you should find another Starbucks that could fit your needs”.
They feel that because they have given me incorrect , subpar and horrible drinks; and I told what was wrong instead of just throwing it away in front of them.
I should be to risk if I may get a good drink on a visit! It is not my fault that they cannot train staff to know how to read what is requested of the drink!
I’m very angry at the treatment and I’m being sent away because they can’t work correctly or effectively to meet a need.
I do not order complicated drinks. I simply as for additional pumps of whatever flavored coffee I get. That shouldn’t be hard
