We have two accounts with spectrum the first account we’ve had about 15 years the second account we opened up almost a year ago and it was opened up in my husbands name for a rental property . When I set it up, my husband was with me to make the phone call and verified that they need to talk to me, so they supposedly put my name on the file and when I gave them my email address they got it one letter off. my husband‘s not home a lot he’s working I have called at least five times trying to get my name on that account and get the email fixed. Supposedly it was done every single time and every time I call back it has not been done. I’m so sick of the customer service people not doing what they’re supposed to do
