Horrible customer service!!
I called for clarification regarding my 401k. Upon speaking with a representative, I found her tone to be quite rude. Despite my polite inquiry about guidelines for reviewing my 401k match, she was unhelpful and dismissive. The call ended abruptly without resolving my issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to file a complaint about the customer service experience. If anyone has information on how to do so, please share it in your review.
