I have been discriminated against because of my disability. I have requested a reasonable accommodation for my disability for over one month that was ignored. The accommodation requested was to speak with card services via email instead of phone for my disability. Each response I was given was to call, and I was continually called even though I informed them several Times I need to discuss via email. I’m now being ignored since mentioning discrimination.
