Good afternoon my name is Chani Casasnovas my employee number was 2159820 I would like to place a complaint because as of yesterday which was 12 five 2023 I was fired from the 2014 W. Broadway store because of my pregnancy and me having to deal with it. I am 11 weeks pregnant at high-risk and because my son was has been in and out of hospitals over the last three months, I’ve given the store manager proper time frames and when I will call out proper information and notes to verify that I was out she has complaint she didn’t necessarily want to do a double shift because you guys weren’t paying her for the double shift so I feel like I’m being discriminated against because I’m being pregnant and I’m looking into suing because I don’t believe I should’ve been fired from my job
