my husband passed away and he had a policy with you. They sent me a letter for me to fill out a packet so I can complete my claim. THERE WAS NO PACKET ENCLOSED!!! I called and spoke to someone in the Phillipines Jan and asked for a supervisor. she said there was no one available. I couldn't understand her. I need to get this claim going and need the packet.
