Went to Elche Spain to shop and fancied a BK. One family and one other person in the resuarant besides us . Ordered our food and it was cold . Asked the lady to get us a hot meal , all she did was wrap up my budger again and put them both to heat up She returned with our food which when we touched the food it was STILL COLD I complained again that it was cold and she just stared at us. And said...that's how we serve them ! As I'm a cook I was disgusted that food was served not hot and could cause food poisioning. We asked for our money back and left their hungry. Not a good experience.
