The Family Dollar on SW Capitol Ave in Battle Creek have made their carts so that they cannot go outside. We are old and disabled so after filling our cart and checking out we realized we were going to have to have help getting out. The checker was no help. Said we are tired of having our carts stolen after I asked why do you do this to customers. The lady behind us helped us out and got the bags into our car. If you approve of this treatment of your customers not being able to get their purchases to their car then maybe you should hire another person to bag and take purchases to the car. But I am sure you could care less since you would have approved it in the first place. I will never go into that store again and hope word of mouth works because I am telling everyone on Facebook and social media.
