Our technician came to our house to repair small dings in the windshields of both of our cars. He did NOT give us anything to sign or go over anything whatsoever. He simply began working on our cars. After he left, one of the windshields began cracking and spiderwebbed out from the tiny dings and left a 3ft long crack. We called and told them what happened and they scheduled us to bring the car in the following day. They never once told us we would be responsible for the cost, as it was their fault. When we picked up the car they charged us our deductible of $250 even though we were never told the work was not guaranteed. We would not have done any of this if we knew this up front. They refused to give us our car back until we paid even though we said we were not responsible and we’re not told anything at any point in this ordeal about what happens if the technician causes the windshield to have to be replaced, after trying to repair a tiny ding.
