I have been here a year and was given a fixed rate. New owners Sept took over and said we owed money nov.14th, 2000 dollars as a matter of fact. Said pay or leave even though we were never behind. They threw there receipt book away so we can't compare our bank records and erased the computer so records only go back to Sept then charged state and city taxes everyday when we were not supposed to be charged. We called the police and they are investigating the matter. It has been hell here. Electric and water cut off and no warning explanation. Maids stealing prescriptions when you are not home. Don't bring your wife or kids here, one staff member that left when all the receipts were thrown out is a felon and their are growing sexual complaints regarding guest and staff. I am in the process of going to the media and better business bureau. Outside is a 500 gallon gas tank with flamable brush, trash, and other debris piled up on one side. Bugs and illegals trying to come in your room. It's like a third world here and nobody speaks English. And you can't post a picture
