I visited the kfc on Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard September the 9th around 11am I ordered a sixteen peace meal but I received a ten peach meal I paid $52 for this meal so I took the entire meal back to the store after taking to one of the employees that was so rude to me over the phone and even more rude to me when I brought the meal back I only wanted for her to give me what I had already paid for so I called the customer service number and they said they would take care of the problem I have talked to so many people at this office every since September 9th still haven’t gotten anywhere I only want to receive my meal or my money back because I paid $52 and never received the food I paid for or my money very disappointed customer case #01651570
