Who has ever heard of a chicken restaurant not giving napkins to customers in the drive thru with their orders??? Every time I go thru drive thru, I have to open my bag up, see no napkins & ask for them. The last time I went there, I had no napkins, no spoon/fork for my famous bowl & no ketchup for my fries!! Ridiculous!! How did they expect me to eat the famous bowl, with my fingers???
