1014 5th St unit 1 struthers Ohio 44471 .... Pulled up there at 859 am to load cash onto my cash app in a extremely emergency hurry due to my son being shot n on life support the lady proceeded to come to the door at now time being 9:00 am and says we don't open until 9:00 am n locks the door walks away and left me in rain then she did not come back to unlock the door until 9:04 !!!!! Ignorance unprofessional and just made my much needed store stop take that much longer to get to my 16 year old son who's literally on his death bed !!! I want a response to this complaint ASAP and some type of action taken for her ignorance and non concern or even attempted acknowledgment of any thing but her own timing on when she felt as it was time to do her job. ... 3308094447 ...
