Their computer listed my name improperly -- "Barbara Barbara KingSearles KingSearles" and despite over 7 calls and chats on line with customer service reps over 6 DAYS, they only notified KLM the operator of the flight (Flying KLM, ITA and Delta) today and then told me "KLM said it would be corrected in 3-5 days" My travel is in 3 Days AND my husband is disabled and travels with a SERVICE DOG, all airlines require checking in with them 48 hours prior to verify the service dog request and verify they've received the paperwork.
Because my name is incorrect, ITA will not verify the service dog request.
What the heck is going on?
This is horrible customer service and when i asked for a manager i was told "I am a manager" -- same guy who obviously doesn't have a calendar to see the issue of timing.
Agents are nice on the phone, claim to be making calls and that they will call me back but no one has.
Now i'm being told to call the Air Travel Services Agent -- again.
