I have been trying for a week to find out why all of my outlook inbox email started going into my junk folder in my Exchange email account on my Mac,. I have been using this account with no problem for over ten years. I have made numerous calls to obtain help with the problem, but it seems after I state my problem the calls keep dropping! I tried the help.microsoft.com but after typing "Exchange inbox email going into junk folder" a window opened with something about creating an email signature. This started after I called Microsoft Support on 12/19/23 to report I was still getting an email on a daily bases advising of unusual sign.in activity on my Microsoft account, to which I had filed a complaint on 12/10/23 for this issue. I don't know if the call resulted in misdirection of the email or if it is the result of some other factor. It is not Apple mail so they suggested contacting Microsoft to see if the server settings have somehow been changed. I attempted to do this but as stated, each time I have gotten in contact with an agent, the call mysteriously drops?? This is extremely frustrating for me because I am a senior with impaired vision and because I use a Mac, trying to find what to do in windows under home, view and help did not work because I was lost due to the different formatting. CAN ANYONE GET MY INBOX EMAIL OUT OF THE JUNK FOLDER AND BACK INTO THE INBOX LIKE IT HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST 10+ YEARS! curtis2209@msn.com
