This is the second time we have been to the Pizza Hut in West Branson and it has been horrible experience. The previous time the manager had apologized multiple times and gave us a discount. This time we came the weekend after Thanksgiving Nov. 25th and the staff was horrific, our waitress was rude and very unprofessional. The manager got an attitude with me after we had been sitting waiting for almost 45 minutes for our food and then her and the waitress mocked me. After they mocked me my family and I walked out. I have never had such horrid costumer service in my life. I will be making a review on BBB, FB, and any other social media site I can and I find it absolutely unacceptable that employees like are kept on. I didn't even get a chance to get either of their names bc I was so livid at the fact I had been disrespected like that. Very very disappointed
