I did not get to eat due to the fact my sandwich was not in the bag. When I called to get this taken care of. The phone rang busy for over an hour. I called and spoke to a manager that was not very nice. In fact, she was rude and didn't care that I did not get to eat today. My bill was $28.16. .16. I would really appreciate some kind of compensation if at all possible. Thank you
